Postage Zones

Delivery

Please note Magnum Motorhomes do not send items outside the UK

All postage prices quoted on this website are for delivery to zone A & B (according to the above map)

For everything outside Zones A & B you will be unable to purchase online, please call us on 01472 35 35 20 for a postage quote

If you are unsure what postage zone you are , please contact us with your postcode before ordering and we can check a postage cost for you. Contact us on 01472 35 35 20 or info@magnummotorhomes.co.uk

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of completing your order, providing the goods are in stock. Delivery for most orders will be sent on overnight courier. Deliveries to Zones outside A & B may take longer. Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to dispatch to addresses which include BFPO.

If any item is out of stock we will contact you to advise you on the expected date of dispatch.

For all deliveries by couriers a signature is required upon receipt of your goods. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery before signing for them. If goods seem to be damaged please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

Damage Or Shortage

If you find on opening the parcel that goods are damaged, then you must inform us within 48 hours of the delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the matter quickly, (it may require you to return the items to us at your own cost). Once the goods have been received and inspected a refund will be arranged and any cost of return postage will be refunded.

Any shortage on delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns Policy

Any unwanted item can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. You, the buyer, are responsible for all the return postage costs. The item should be complete, unused and in its original un-opened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand by contacting us on 01472 35 35 20 or info@magnummotorhomes.co.uk

Faulty Goods

If an item is thought to be faulty please contact us for a returns authorisation first. We will ask you to return the item to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item. When the item is received by us it will be tested and if found to be faulty it will be replaced or refunded in full, including any postage costs incurred by you.

All returned items must include a copy of the original receipt and your contact details
