New for 2023 the 400mm roof hatch from Hartford.
These are a very good tough roof vent similar the Mini Heki or the Skymaxx.
Suitable for new and replacement installs for 400 x 400mm.
They come as standard “non-vented” so when the dome closes onto the frame there is a clear seal giving it an air tight Seal. The seal is removable if required.
Double skinned dome for extra toughness and insulation.
This listing is for the “LED ” version and comes with white inner frame and strip LED’s in built in the frame.

They fit roof thickness of 28mm – 50mm and will fit a cut out of 400mm square.
Official book suggested cut out is 402mm however we have te4ied them in a 400mm opening and they fit nice.
They have a white inner frame to suite more modern vans. (please note some stock pictures only show cream frames this listing is for the white frame version).
Extra tough locking in arm mechanism full locks into position when lose with a “clunk”.
Inner frame comes complete with blind and Flyscreen.
Supplied with fitting guide, screws and plugs so all you need to add is sealant.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH EXISTING SIZE ROOF LIGHT I HAVE IN MY VAN…?

When you are replacing an existing roof light, you will need to know the cut out/aperture size that has already been made in the roof of your van. You can do this by unscrewing the plastic inner frame of the existing roof light, this should reveal a timber frame opening hole. You need to measure this hole.
The most common sizes are 280×280, 360×320, 400×400, 700×500 & 960x655mm
