Here at Magnum Motorhomes we have put together a full kit to install your water and blow air heating system
In these kits we take you right from taking water in through the side or the back of your van right to the taps and shower outlet points
For anyone converting a van for the first time or a regular converter, this kit is a great guide for what you may need. Any items in this kit can be altered, reduced or increased. if you feel you may need to change anything please don’t hesitate to contact us for a tailor made kit.
You can now choose which type of boiler you would like to install running from 240v Mains & Gas or Diesel (please see at the bottom for more details on each model of Truma boiler)
All the Truma Boilers come with a 10 litre water storage capacity and 4 outlet points for the blow air heating. Also included is the digital wall mounted thermostat control panel and exhaust flue kit. Please see pictures for more details on what is included in each Truma Boiler set up.
The full kit consists of the following items:
- M1484 – Fiamma water filler cap (black)
- M420 – 1 meter x 40mm filler hose
(connects from the filler cap to the Fiamma tank) - M421 – 1 meter x 3/8″ clear breather hose
(connects from the filler cap to the Fiamma tank) - M1483 – Fiamma 70 litre fresh water tank
(includes fitting kit) - M646 – 1 meter x 1/2″ blue flexi water hose
(connects from the Fiamma tank to the Shurflo pump) - M409 – 3 x 1/2″ jubilee clips
(these will secure the 3/8″ and 1/2″ flexi pipe between the tank & pump) - M1798 M437 – Shurflo 30PSI & filter, onboard pressure pump
(30psi is recommended for use with combi boilers) - M2491 – Shurflo Accumulator
(decreases pulsation and pressure spikes from the Shurflo pump) - M438 – 1 x 1/2 BSP -12mm adaptor
(This will convert your accumulator to fit the 12mm john guest push fit piping) - M428 – 10 Meters x 12mm John Guest red push fit pipe
- M427 – 10 Meters x 12mm John Guest blue push fit pipe
- M426 – 1 x John Guest non return valve
(a non return valve stops a back flow of water along the pipe line) - M431 – 6 x John Guest push fit elbows
- M430 – 6 x John Guest push fit Tee’s
- M432 – 6 x John Guest push fit couplers
- M439 – 1 x John Guest 12mm – 3/8″ white adapator
(this adaptor is used when you install a Thetford toilet such as c200/c223/c400 etc) - Truma Combi Boiler of your choice
(Truma 2E, Truma 4E, Truma 4EX, Truma D4E & Truma D6E) - M294 – 8 x meters of 60mm ducting heating pipe
(this pipe is designed to fit all the Truma Combi boilers and Truma outlets - M297 – 8 x Quick release fastening clips for the ducting pipe
- M2143 – 4 x Truma Butterfly Outlets
(these outlet are fitted internally in areas such as your living space, garage or shower room)
