Designed to help create a tighter and more seamless look between your caravan and awning, which in turn prevents any rain or drafts from entering the awning.
The connection of Dometic awnings to a vehicle is designed to be simple however, as they are designed to suit a wide variety of different vehicles, some will fit better than others so these poles help to give a better more secure fit.
Most of Dometic awnings come complete with sewn-in bumper pads that create a seal between the caravan and awning that can be enhanced by using the rear upright pole set.
