We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working days of
completing your order, providing the goods are in stock. Delivery for most
orders will be sent on overnight courier. Regrettably, at this time, we are
unable to dispatch to addresses which include BFPO.
For all deliveries by couriers a signature is required upon
receipt of your goods. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery
before signing for them. If goods seem to be damaged please refuse delivery and
contact us as soon as possible.
DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE:
If you find on opening the parcel that goods are damaged, then you must inform us within 48 hours of the delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the matter quickly, (it may require you to return the items to us at your own cost). Once the goods have been received and inspected a refund will be arranged and any cost of return postage will be refunded.
Any shortage on delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours.
Any unwanted item can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. You, the buyer, are responsible for all the return postage costs. The item should be complete, unused and in its original un-opened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand by contacting us.
If an item is thought to be faulty please contact us for a returns authorisation first. We may ask you to return the item to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item. When the item is received by us it will be tested and if found to be faulty it will be replaced or refunded in full, including any postage costs incurred by you
All returned items must include a copy of the original receipt and your contact details.
